TO ALL CUSTOMERS: Effective 1 April 2004, an additional shipping/handling charge of $1.50 will apply to all orders, both domestic and international.
Advance payment by Visa, Master Card, Discover, personal check payable in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank, bank check, or Money Order (sorry -- no international personal checks at this time). Most books shipped within the U.S.A. will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service's Media Mail unless the customer specifies otherwise; larger books and sets may require special shipping arrangements. International shipping at cost; special shipping arrangements for large or heavy books will be required. Books may be returned within 10 days of receipt if not as described.
We can only hold an online book for two days. If a customer does not place a firm order within that time, we must cancel the hold and return the book to our main stock.
